TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. The applicant must be 18 years or older and must provide valid documents as requested.
2. The broadband service is subject to acceptance of the application and technical feasibility.
3. The application form is free of cost and must be filled up in CAPITAL LETTERS only.
4. Devices, installation charges, and plan amounts are Non-Refundable and Non-transferable to any other account.
5. Installation charges include activation fees and installation costs which need to be paid at the time of application.
6. The estimated time of installation is 2 (two) weeks from the date of submission of the form.
7. All payments in favor of ICE CONNECT ISP Pvt. Ltd. can be made via cheque or online transfer.
8. Cheque bounce charges of Rs. 350/- will be applicable.
9. If customers choose to activate a future plan, existing data and validity will not be carried forward.
10. Reconnection charges apply if an account is suspended due to non-recharge for over 3 months.
11. ICE CONNECT ISP Pvt. Ltd. does not guarantee uninterrupted service due to various unforeseen issues.
12. ICE CONNECT ISP Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to modify, update, or reconfigure its network without prior notice.
13. All assigned IP addresses will be dynamic unless otherwise specified.
14. Customers must notify ICE CONNECT ISP Pvt. Ltd. in writing about any address change with proof.
15. Internet service, bandwidth billing, and equipment rentals will be handled by ICE CONNECT ISP Pvt. Ltd.
16. Modems/Routers come with a warranty as per OEM terms and conditions.
17. Warranty voids if the product is physically damaged, water-damaged, burnt, or broken due to natural disasters.
18. Defective products will be replaced only with the same model or an equivalent product.
19. ICE CONNECT ISP Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to terminate services for non-payment or misuse.
20. Accounts not recharged within 3 months will be suspended with reconnection charges.
21. Customers accept total responsibility for using the Internet services legally.
22. ICE CONNECT ISP Pvt. Ltd. does not guarantee download/upload speeds affected by external factors.
23. The contract is for a minimum period based on the selected plan.
24. Service is delivered to a single point at the customer's premises. Further distribution is the customer’s responsibility.
25. All plan charges will be billed in advance.
26. Static IP will be chargeable.
27. Technician charges apply for third-party device support.
28. ICE CONNECT ISP Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to disconnect services for misuse or impact on the network.
29. A 30-day notice is required for termination, and customers must pay for that period in advance.
30. After termination, ICE CONNECT ISP Pvt. Ltd. will take back devices like ONU/Fiber, patch cords, and enclosures.
31. Subscribers who purchased a router retain ownership.
32. No payment should be made to unauthorized persons claiming to be ICE CONNECT representatives.
33. Service activation will only be done after subscription payment realization.
34. Refunds are only provided if ICE CONNECT fails to restore connectivity due to site-related issues.
35. No refunds for unutilized usage if the subscriber discontinues the service.
36. ICE CONNECT ISP Pvt. Ltd. is not liable for any terms outside of this agreement.
